9. VALUE ADDED TAX AND INVOICING

In accordance with tax regulations on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the items will be understood to be located within the territory of application of Spanish VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force for each product or service.

You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice electronically, although you may request a paper invoice at any time, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in that format.

10. RETURN POLICY – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The works offered in this store are original artistic works, created in unique edition and produced exclusively upon request. Each piece is printed only once, in the sizes available on the web or in those agreed with the client, there are no copies or additional stock. This guarantees that each work has an unrepeatable and exclusive character.

For this reason, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 103.b and 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is not allowed, since the goods are made according to customer specifications and clearly personalized, including those cases in which adaptations of size or other characteristics are made at the express request of the customer.

10.1 Pre-testing and validation system

In order to guarantee customer satisfaction and minimize possible discrepancies, especially in aspects such as color, composition or finish, the company offers, prior to final production, a physical test of the work.

This test consists of a sample printed on canvas at a reduced scale, intended exclusively for the validation of colors, finishes and quality of the final result.

The production of the work will be carried out only after the express approval of the client. For this purpose, the client must clearly confirm his agreement, which will imply the acceptance of the visual characteristics of the work and his authorization to proceed with the final printing.

Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that, after such approval and as it is a customized product, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The company provides customers with preview and consulting tools to facilitate their decision and ensure their conformity prior to production.

10.2 Limitation of returns after approval

After express approval of the pre-proof, returns based on subjective criteria such as differences in color, shades or artistic appreciation will not be accepted, provided that the final work technically conforms to the validated proof.

The proof provided is representative in terms of color and finish, and there may be slight variations due to final format, scale or viewing conditions.

10.3 Exceptional return costs

In those cases in which, exceptionally and with prior acceptance by the company, a return is agreed once the work has been produced, outside the legally required cases, the client will assume the full costs associated with such return.
