Frequently Asked Questions

Here we address the most common questions about our canvas artworks: materials, certificates, production, shipping, incidents, and the purchasing process. A clear guide to understanding how we work and what you can expect from each piece.

About the work

What is a giclée print?

A giclée print is a high-quality reproduction created using pigment-based inks on an artistic substrate. It offers exceptional color fidelity, visual depth, and excellent durability, making it one of the most highly regarded techniques for canvas artworks.

What are the recommended care and maintenance guidelines for canvas prints?

We recommend avoiding direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight, not placing the artwork in areas with high humidity, and cleaning it only with a soft, dry cloth. This helps preserve the surface and the stability of the color.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity with the prints?

Each artwork is delivered with its certificate of authenticity, ensuring its exclusivity and identification within the collection.

Additionally, each artwork features its own verification system:

- Signature of the artist on the back of the artwork
- Hologram numbered with a unique code
- Certificate associated with the same identification number
- Brand seal as final validation

As an additional measure, the artwork includes its corresponding digital registration, reinforcing its traceability and protection as an artistic piece.

This system ensures the authenticity of each artwork, prevents any type of reproduction or duplication, and enhances its value as a one-of-a-kind piece within the collection.

Are the rights to the artworks displayed on this website reserved, even after purchase?

Yes. The purchase of an artwork does not imply the transfer of copyright or reproduction rights. These rights remain the property of NOVARTWEB unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Do you provide framing options for canvas prints?

Currently, the main focus is on artworks on canvas. If you require a specific presentation for a particular piece, we recommend contacting us in advance to explore the available options.

What sizes of artworks do you offer?

We currently offer a curated selection of sizes designed to suit both intimate spaces and compositions with a strong visual presence.

Standard sizes include:

- Standard format - 42 × 60 cm
- Enlarged format - 63 × 90 cm

In the Nature collection we develop large-format panoramic formats, conceived as protagonist pieces within the space:

- Large panoramic format - 140 × 47 cm
- Panoramic collection - main piece - 180 × 60 cm

The 2 cm thickness provides an elegant and contemporary presence, allowing the artwork to blend seamlessly into its surroundings.

Certain projects may require bespoke formats, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Purchase and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and reliable payment methods to ensure a seamless and worry-free purchasing experience.

You can currently place your order via:

- Direct bank transfer
- Card payment

In the case of a bank transfer, the order is processed once the payment has been confirmed. Please use the order number as the payment reference.

All payments are processed through secure environments that protect your data at all times.

Can I cancel my order before printing begins?

Yes, as long as production has not yet started. Since all artworks are made to order, it is important to request cancellation as soon as possible.

Shipping and delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the production process and the shipping destination.

Each artwork is made to order, so the total timeframe includes preparation, printing, and shipping.

Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail to ensure its quality; therefore, timeframes may vary slightly depending on the artwork.

Once the process is complete, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Does the delivery price include taxes and duties?

Yes. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.

It includes all taxes, duties, and shipping-related costs, with no additional charges or hidden fees.

We follow a policy of full transparency to provide a clear and straightforward purchasing experience, with no surprises.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we will resolve the issue quickly and with great care.

To properly manage the issue, please follow these steps upon delivery:

- Check the condition of the package upon receipt
- If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing.
- Take photographs of the packaging and the affected work.

After completing these steps, please email the information to digital@novartweb.com within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, you will be able to choose between:

- Full refund
- Reinstatement of the work

In both cases, the damaged piece must be returned for destruction, ensuring the exclusivity of each artwork.

We will not be able to accept claims reported outside the specified timeframe or in cases where the artwork has been tampered with after delivery.

Can I return the artwork if I am not satisfied with the purchase?

Our artworks are made to order as unique 1/1 editions, meaning each piece is created exclusively for you.

For this reason, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase.

This approach guarantees the one-of-a-kind nature of each artwork and prevents the existence of stock or additional reproductions.

However, if your order is damaged in transit or if any issue occurs during delivery, we will take care of it and provide an appropriate solution.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please contact us and we will provide personalized guidance.
