WHAT IS A GICLÉE PRINT?

A Giclée print is a high quality reproduction that uses high resolution inkjet technology to print digital images. This printing method is characterized by its ability to capture a wide range of colors and hues, ensuring an accurate and faithful reproduction of the original image.

WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED CARE AND MAINTENANCE TIPS FOR CANVAS PRINTS?

For safe display and long-term preservation, we recommend placing canvas prints in a location where they are not exposed directly to intense sunlight or moisture. Handle with care to avoid scratches or damage. For optimal preservation, it is advisable to frame the prints under anti-glare glass.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY WITH THE PRINTS?

Yes, each print comes with a certificate of authenticity that guarantees the quality and authenticity of the piece. This certificate includes details about the title of the artwork, the artist's name, the dimensions, and the printing technique used.

ARE THE RIGHTS TO THE WORKS EXHIBITED ON THIS WEBSITE RESERVED, EVEN AFTER PURCHASING THEM?

Yes, all rights to the works exhibited on this website are reserved. When purchasing a piece, you only obtain personal use rights. This does not include copyright, which remains with NOVARTWEB. Reproduction, distribution, or any other commercial use is not allowed without the express consent of the rights holder.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMES FOR CANVAS PRINTS?

No, we currently do not offer frames for our canvas prints. However, we provide prints mounted on wooden stretchers, ready to hang, which makes displaying them easy without the need for additional frames.

WHAT SIZES OF ARTWORKS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently, we offer our artworks in two standard sizes:
• 42 x 60 x 2 cm
• 63 x 90 x 2 cm
These sizes are designed to fit a variety of spaces and preferences. The 2 cm thickness provides a sleek and modern look to our pieces.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer for the convenience and security of our customers.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S PRINTED?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s printed. Once the printing is completed, the order can no longer be canceled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and can range from 15 to 30 days. We offer an order tracking service so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment at all times.

DOES THE DELIVERY PRICE INCLUDE TAXES AND FEES?

Yes, the delivery price includes all applicable taxes and fees, so there will be no additional costs when receiving your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We only accept returns if the artwork arrived damaged during transport. To manage this type of issue, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect the package upon receiving it. If you notice visible damage (dents, breaks, or damaged packaging), make a note on the delivery receipt before signing.
2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damage to the artwork. Send all the information by email to digital@novartweb.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
Once the documentation is received and verified, you can choose between:
• Full refund of the amount paid, or• Replacement of the artwork (only if you return the damaged piece for destruction, as each piece is unique).

CAN I RETURN A PIECE IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE?

No, returns for change of mind are not accepted. All artworks offered in this store are original artistic creations, produced exclusively on demand and in a unique edition. This means that each piece is one-of-a-kind, with no additional stock or possibility of reproduction. For this reason, and in accordance with Article 103.b and 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
